Hello and welcome!

Here are couple things to note about the house.

– NEED HELP? We are nearby if you need any assistance!

– WIFI ACCESS: You can find Wifi login and password printed and on the fridge

– LOCAL TIPS: You can also find local tips and house rules in red folder you will find in the living room

– NETFLIX: There is an Xfinity internet service with the Xfinity box that makes the tv “smart” allows for access to multiple apps (Netflix etc). Please bring your own account login and password data if you wish to use it.

– NO PREMIUM TV: Please do Not order any premium viewing services through the smart tv. Only use your own Netflix/amazon etc accounts. And don’t forget to log out. We will not be held responsible with any account issues if you forgot to log out.

– PARKING: There is no garage in this house. Parking is only outside and limited to 2 cars only. Please see the photo of the parking spaces scheme. Please only park in our own driveway and respect our neighbor’s property lines.

– GARBAGE: Garbage pickup schedule is as follows:
Trash (gray can): every Tuesday and Friday morning
Recycle (blue can): every Tuesday
Cans are located on the side of the house, by the gate.
PLEASE place the garbage cans out on the street for pickup and not on a sidewalk.
Please ONLY use OUR garbage cans. Do not throw any trash in our neighbors cans. Our cans are placed behind the west gate, when not in use.

Yard maintenance on-premises:

POOL SERVICE: two times / week a pool company comes over and cleans the pool and filter. They will enter through a gate and will not go inside the house.

LAWN SERVICE: every two- three weeks lawn company comes (flexible dates depending on weather), we will try to keep you posted if they come at the time of your visit.

if you see any other people on premises – please notify us immediately.

– NO PARTIES: Please note there should be no parties at the property. Parties are great but not at this house.

– GUESTS: No guests over registered quantity #.

– GUESTS: Also, there should never be more than 10 people present at the property at the same time

– MUSIC/NOISE: If you play the music /sing/ talk loud by the pool, please keep it low and turn off the music by 9PM.

– NO FIREWORKS: Absolutely no fireworks permitted on the property

– NO PETS: Pets are not allowed

– NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed inside of the house. If determined that there has been smoking in the house, your security deposit will be taken to rectify the damages.

– WIFI: Do not disconnect wifi internet equipment. Tempering with wifi internet is not allowed. Wifi must be ON at all times. If you notice any issues with internet service please notify the host immediately.
If determined that guests have been tempering with internet equipment, your security deposit will be taken.

POOL EQUIPMENT: Do not temper with swimming pool equipment (do not touch). Tempering may damage our very expensive pool system and you can be held liable for associated expenses to repair it. If you have any questions or see problems, please let us know!

MORE POOL: Please do not leave any metal objects (like bottle caps) on the pool deck pavers / pool / spa. They stain the pool surfaces and it is very costly to remove them and we may have to seek to cover the associated expenses from the guests.

WAIVER: OTHER POOL USAGE RULES:

Rules and Waiver for Usage of Pool

– By booking our place, you are signing this waiver for usage of the pool and agreeing that you accept the risks associated with using the pool and agree to hold harmless the owner from any and all claims, lawsuits, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, and/or injury from usage. The below rules are designed to increase the safety of usage but you should consult with a doctor prior to using the pool to determine whether usage is safe for you.

• Diving is not allowed

• Do not drink alcohol or take medical medication without consulting a doctor in advance.

• Pregnant women should never use a hot tub.

• Youth under 16 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Pets are never permitted.

• Shower before and after usage to avoid skin irritation. Always make sure your feet are clean and leaves and debris stay out of the water.

• Each person using the pool must agree to these rules and release the homeowner of any liability when they proceed with booking this property.

INTERCOASTAL USAGE RULES:

• Please refrain from swimming

• Use at your own risk
